Digital Marketing Executive - Fixed Term Contract 12 months

Are you someone who loves live events? Are you interested in working behind the scenes to promote some of the biggest events in Scotland? We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to work as part of our magnificent Marketing team at the Scottish Event Campus (SEC), comprising the OVO Hydro, SEC Armadillo and SEC Centre. The OVO Hydro alone is consistently ranked in the top 3 busiest venues in the world (yes, you read that right) and attracts over 2 million visitors per year.

This role is initially on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.

Role requirements

• To support campaigns across digital channels via our websites, email, and Google Ads and work to improve our organic performance.
• Coordinate the day-to-day content management of our websites (sec.co.uk and OVOHydro.com) ensuring that all on-sales and pre-sales are accurately launched on time.
• Collaborating with other departments, partners, and promoters on an ongoing basis
• To manage and execute email marketing including newsletters, promotional emails, and event announcements.
• To support the Digital Marketing Manager in delivering the SEC digital marketing strategy.
• To support reporting using our data analysis systems.
