We are delighted to be supporting Sterling Home - the leading independent provider of homeware and furniture in Scotland - as they look to bring in a Digital Marketing Manager. The team, and business as a whole, are rapidly expanding with lots of investment and this role will play a key role in the next stage of their success. With some key hires across the business already, there's a big year ahead and this is a real evolution time for them.

The business has gone through a lot of positive change over the last few years, from rebranding to investing in a number of store refurbishments and marketing will have a big impact here where you'll be backed up by a healthy budget.

We're looking for...

  • Proven experience in a varied Digital Marketing role - you could be sitting at Manager level already or Executive looking for that next step up in your career
  • Exposure across a range of channels including email, PPC, SEO
  • Experience within the retail or consumer goods space would be beneficial
  • Confidence - you'll be comfortable coming in and "taking the reigns" as well as getting your ideas across
  • Experience in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing programmes
  • Excellent project management and budget management skills

You will be...

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
  • Working across a range of channels including - email, paid advertising and SEO (with some agency support)
  • Developing and managing a content marketing strategy
  • Using data and analysis to measure brand and campaign effectiveness
  • Keeping on top of industry trends through market research
