Full Job Description

We're currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and efficient Maternity Cover Digital Print Administrator to work at our in-house Digital Print Facility in South Street, Glasgow.

Hours

Full time, Maternity Cover - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

About the role

As Digital Print Administrator for Arnold Clark, you'll work to tight deadlines for a variety of stakeholders across our 200 branches, making sure print materials are created, delivered and installed on time.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised multi-tasker who is great at working under pressure as part of a team in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Day-to-day duties

  • Staying in telephone and email communication with our stakeholders to discuss their print needs and making sure their requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

  • Handling branch requests for point of sale marketing materials, including livery, banners and signage.

  • Processing orders from branches via our internal ordering systems.

  • Interpreting briefs for the Marketing department.

  • Communicating with print production staff and install teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

  • Arranging signage installs for internal teams and third-party contractors.

  • Ordering signage solutions from external suppliers.

  • Quoting and costing signage and graphics

  • General admin duties, including filing and dealing with invoices.

    Great communication and influencing skills.

  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail.

  • A polite, professional phone manner.

  • Knowledge of Excel.

  • Fantastic problem-solving skills, even under pressure.

  • The ability to work quickly and react efficiently to change, while maintaining a high standard of work.


  • Nice to have (but not essential)

    Previous experience in the signage industry.
