Full time (would consider 4 days) 

Iconic Resourcing HR are working with one of our Edinburgh based clients in their search for a Digital Skills Trainer to join their small training team. You will be the first face new starters meet whilst you take them through their inductions and get them set up on the systems. You will be working with a varied stakeholder group and build a strong relationship with then during their first week. You will also work to refresh the skills of existing employees. 

Day to day you will be; 

• Carrying out onboarding to all new starters 
• Completing administrative tasks (filling new starts diaries and getting them added to the systems) 
• Designing and delivering engaging and meaningful training sessions
• Planning and running courses and collecting feedback from participants
• Helping with a variety of projects and activities as needed
• Showing colleagues' how to use different software applications
• Identifying skills gaps and how to fill them

You will have; 

• Experience within a Training/Learning & Development capacity 
• Ideally a background in a professional services environment 
• A passion for people and the ability to story tell 
• The ability to follow processes 
• It would be beneficial to have a certificate in training or teaching
