Full Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Duty Manager based at our bustling Xcite Bathgate venue which boasts a 25 metre competition pool & teaching pool, gym, fitness studios, golf course, sports arena, outdoor 5's pitches, café, soft play and much more!

Working closely with the Area Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their leisure career or with proven management experience in other areas.

Your role as Duty Manager is to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by providing line management, support, guidance and leadership to staff whilst looking at new initiatives to develop and grow the programme for our customers who are at the heart of our business.

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
