Salary range: £36,105-£40,227 (includes shift enhancement)

FTE: 1.0 (35 hours per week)

Strathclyde Sport a large dry and wet facility delivers a fantastic user experience attracting annually more than 7,000 members and over 400,000 visits. Strathclyde Sport is looking to appoint a Duty Manager to join the existing successful Operational team.

The Duty Manager is responsible for the direct day-to-day operations within the facility and ensures a high-quality user experience for the University students and staff, community members and facility bookings that are delivered. The Duty Manager will lead and have line management responsibility for the operational team of Sports Attendants.

To be considered for this role you will have significant experience in the leisure industry, with a proven track record of managing and motivating staff. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The hours are based on a 3-week rota which includes working evenings and weekends.
