Full Job Description

To also deliver top drawer customer service and have great communication skills -
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager/GSM to join us and be part of our already established and excellent team. An experienced leader who is an enthusiastic and experienced manger with previous experience in problem handling, stellar customer service, running shifts, mentoring and leading staff, stock taking and ordering, rota and payroll and to deliver all brand standards to the highest level., Opera experience is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken by guests
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reservation management systems
