  • The salary shown is the full time equivalent salary, the actual salary will be paid pro rata for the hours worked.


  • This is a permanent post which may be filled on a secondment basis by an employee wishing to gain experience/career development and will be at the discretion of the employee's director.A permanent Employee Relations Adviser position has arisen.


  • The position will give the individual exposure to providing advice and support to managers and employees on issues such as discipline, grievance, performance management and reward, TUPE, organizational change, job evaluation, absence management and conditions of service.

    They will be required to undertake fact finding for basic disciplinary cases and report their findings. The post is full time; 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

    The base for the post is negotiable within Argyll and Bute. Our team have successfully worked remotely during the pandemic and as restrictions continue to lift, we are considering all options.

    Remote/ Hybrid options will be considered for this post and we will do our best to find the right fit for the successful applicant, although some presence in the office (and wider Argyll and Bute area, from time to time) may be required.
