eRostering Programme Lead

We are looking for Programme Lead for eRostering, to support the further roll out of the Allocate/RL Datix eRostering system across NHS Tayside, as part of the implementation of the national contract.

The role will be operationally responsible for the eRostering Team supporting the business as usual workload in addition to planning and implementing the further rollout of the system to the rest of the organisation in line with the National Project Plan. The postholder will be required to work closely with the existing team within Tayside, the national programme team and counterparts in other Boards, and new and existing service users to support this process.

You will have experience in one or more of the following areas, support for electronic rostering, implementation of electronic systems, managing people/teams, project management, and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills along with well-developed influencing skills. You should also have the ability to develop and implement project plans for the whole of NHS Tayside, taking account of operational and clinical aspects of these activities.
