Join LEVELS as an Events Assistant and be at the heart of delivering unforgettable experiences to our clients., We are seeking a service-oriented and highly organized Event Assistant to join our team to provide the 360 Videobooth and/or Chocolate Fountain services at all types of events

As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role as you will be the face of LEVELS at all types of events, from birthdays and parties, to weddings and corporate events. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for events to gain valuable experience in the industry.

360 Videobooth Responsibilities:

  • Be the approachable and friendly face of LEVELS at all times, providing exceptional service to event guests with empathy.

  • Punctuality is crucial, as you will be responsible for arrival prior to event start time to help set-up.

  • Guide customers through the process of using the Videobooth technology, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the entire event.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Post-event clean up and evaluation, tidying all equipment away in an organised manner.

  • Promoting LEVELS via social media by documenting the event from start to finish with pictures and videos.


  • Chocolate Fountain Responsibilities:
  • Be the approachable and friendly face of LEVELS at all times, providing exceptional service to event guests with empathy.

  • Punctuality is crucial, as you will be responsible for arrival prior to event start time to help set-up.

  • Food handling is required (training and certification will be provided where necessary).

  • Be on standby at all times to top up any food items, ensuring everything is running smoothly.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Post-event clean up and evaluation, tidying all equipment away in an organised manner.

  • Promoting LEVELS via social media by documenting the event from start to finish with pictures and videos.

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Empathy and patience to handle challenging situations and turn them into positive experiences.

  • Enthusiasm for learning about our Videobooth technology and a willingness to share that knowledge with customers.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred., Event Management: 1 year (preferred)

    £10 - £12 an hour - Part-time, Graduate, Zero hours contract, Freelance, Competitive salary.

  • On-going training and support.
