As we set our sights on ambitious expansion, we are actively seeking a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Glasgow office. In this role, you will collaborate with seasoned professionals, engaging with existing clients and candidates to forge meaningful connections and foster enduring partnerships.

Position Details:

  • Salary: Competitive (plus commission)
  • Location: George Square, Glasgow
  • Working Model: Hybrid working, offering flexibility to accommodate diverse lifestyles and commitments. Embracing a culture of mutual trust and accountability.
  • Hours: Regular working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Part-time options available, reflecting our commitment to adaptability in the modern workplace.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Sales or Recruitment Background: Experience in sales or recruitment, coupled with a passion for excellence.
  • Strong Research Skills: A penchant for staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport effortlessly, both in-person and over the phone, fostering enduring relationships.
  • Team Player Mentality: A collaborative spirit, driven by a commitment to surpass expectations and support colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Management: Spearheading the generation of a robust candidate pool through targeted advertising, networking, and diligent monitoring of job boards. Ensuring seamless administrative compliance and delivering unparalleled candidate care from initial contact through placement.
  • Business Generation & Client Management: Proactively cultivating new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building. Nurturing client relationships to foster loyalty and secure repeat business, while consistently exceeding service expectations through effective communication and service reviews.
