Full Job Description

Award-winning house builder Tulloch Homes (part of the Springfield family) are recruiting for a reliable and organised Field Sales Manager to join our Sales team. This is a full-time position, requiring regular travel around all Tulloch Homes sales offices, along with working from the Inverness office as required.


About the Role

Reporting to our Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing, supporting and motivating our team of Sales Consultants, to deliver sales success.

You will do this by:

o  Setting clear sales targets, coaching and training to ensure sales colleagues achieve their full potential and company objectives.

o  Building and maintaining close working relationships with our construction, commercial and technical departments to ensure achievement of completion targets and timely updates relating to plot progress.

o  Liaising with Solicitors, Estate Agents and Financial Institutions to ensure required sales transaction documentation is provided.

o  Managing any escalated customer sales complaints.

o  Work with marketing and site teams to ensure the sales process operates smoothly from initial enquiry to handover.

 

About You

·      Previous experience within the housebuilding industry together with experience in a new homes sales position is desirable.

·      Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.

·      Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and ability to problem solve.

·      Fully conversant with Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word

·      A full UK Driving Licence would be advantageous as travel to sites around the Highlands is essential to success in this position.
