Field Service Leader

We have an opportunity for a Field Service Leader to join us at Honeywell, in Scotland, where you will be responsible for managing a field service engineering team, providing best in class service to a varied customer based and maximizing growth opportunities for new product offerings. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model with an expectation of travel to customer sites up to 60% of the time.

Key requirements
Act as a mentor to train and develop future managers, engineers and apprentices to drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly-effective teamHelp Honeywell be the customer's top choice by improving upon the Customer & Product Support functionLiaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities whilst championing customer retention ensuring contract renewal opportunities are managed effectivelyAchieve working capital targets by resolving debt issues on time and ensure cash collection targets are metUtilise built knowledge of Honeywell products to build a team focused on innovation and customer satisfaction with a focus on the remote connection and analytics of data for contracts, while ensuring cyber security is in place
