We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and fully qualified Finance Manager to join our small finance team within a well-established customer focused organisation and to contribute to its future direction and success. Partners for Inclusion provide bespoke support for people with learning disabilities, mental health support needs or both. Each person receives their own budget for support as no two individuals are the same.

You will be line managing a dedicated finance team of 3 and supporting the Director of Finance & IT in the delivery of an efficient financial management partnership to both internal and external stakeholders like Health and Social Care Partnerships. The role ensures strong financial controls, production of monthly management accounts and reporting, oversight of the in-house payroll function and assists the Director producing team and corporate development plans along with identifying process improvements. You will be a member of our Senior Management Team.

The successful applicant must come with extensive experience of working in a finance team within a complex organisation, and be a qualified accountant who holds a fully recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent.

A proven track record of developing and securing excellent business relationships both internally and externally is essential in addition to managing people successfully.
