Finance Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with an innovative and high performing organisation, in a new position created to support our business transformation and growth agenda.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a robust financial management accounting service and the delivery of a responsive finance service to support business planning and decision-making that focuses on value for money and delivers positive outcomes for Homes for Life and our tenants.

We are looking for candidates with a recognised CCAB accountancy qualification who have management experience of delivering finance services in the social housing sector, familiar with the production of statutory financial accounts and external audit process. Able to demonstrate strong financial planning, treasury management and analytical skills, to help inform and monitor business decisions. As we enter a new build development program knowledge of loan portfolios and covenant compliance is also desirable.
