Full Job Description
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for members and guests.
- Ensure an exceptional service is delivered to members and guests at all times.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure that the orders are communicated to the Kitchen & Bar promptly and accurately.
- Set up, clear and promptly service tables after use.
- Assist in the set up and preparation, and provide service duties, for functions as required.
- Till procedures to be carried out in line with guidelines.
- Manage bookings over the phone, in person and by email.
We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at Inverness Golf Club. Working up to 30 hours per week, the ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts. Experience of working in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential., Must have previous experience. - Customer focused, friendly outlook, aiming to provide the best customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a busy environment.
£10.50 - £12.00 an hour - Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
