Food and Beverage Supervisor

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You must have previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a branded hospitality environment.

• Please note that we will only be accepting applicants who are age 18 or above. You must be flexible to work at weekends

A day in the life of…

As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will assist the Manager by supervising all aspects of your Restaurant team, as well as assist overseeing any events within the hotel. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.

Based in the Mercure Livingston Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn't always mean working around the clock.
