- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure and mark workpieces using templates or measuring devices
- Operate welding equipment to join metal parts together
- Perform stick welding, MIG welding, or TIG welding based on project requirements
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth metal components
- Assemble fabricated parts to create finished products
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficiency in various welding techniques, including stick welding
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in welding
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
