Front of House Assistant

We are currently recruiting for Front of House Assistants to join our prestigious client, a market leader within the drinks industry in Dufftown. Your role will be to deliver an exceptional level of customer service and create an unforgettable experience for every visitor as well as being an ambassador for the client.

Your Time at Work

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing outstanding customer service, going the extra mile for each visitor
- Ensuring a friendly and professional approach to service, ensuring high standards are always maintained.
- General housekeeping of the restaurant and kitchen areas, ensuring clean tableware is available for service and tables are turned around efficiently to welcome the next visitors.

To be successful in this role you will have an eye for detail and strive to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. You should be friendly and approachable with the confidence to deal with both small and large parties. Be well presented whilst delivering high levels of service at all times.

Flexibility is essential in this role, working hours can vary, which will include weekends.
