Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House duty Manager to join our team. As the Front of House duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the restaurant industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality, we want to hear from you., Manage and supervise all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on service standards, menu items, and company policies
- Ensure that all guests are greeted promptly and seated in a timely manner
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure efficient table turnover and optimal guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the front and back of house
- Oversee the bar operations, including inventory management, drink preparation, and adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role is required
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software is preferred
