Full Job Description
- Oversee the smooth operational running of the reception team
- Have a complete understanding of budget, targets, forecasts, and P&L for your department and ensure the entire team are working hard to achieve them.
- Completing the rota for your team on time and within labour costs.
- Ensuring best practice at all times.
- Thorough knowledge of either Rezlynx, Micros or OPERA
- Oversee and verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
- Maximise room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyse rate variance, monitor credit reports and room availability and provide reporting.
- To offer strong leadership, mentoring, and guidance to your team in all areas.
Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred) - Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
