Gardener

Plant, cultivate, and maintain gardens and lawns
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs
- Operate and maintain power tools for landscaping tasks
- Irrigate plants as needed
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as weeding and mulching
- Use hand tools for various gardening tasks

- Cutting logs

- Mowing lawns
- Ensure the overall health and appearance of the garden

We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team at Farr Estate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and maintaining outdoor spaces and be able to work with others. This job comes with accommodation (two bedroomed detached cottage with all bills paid). We also have a full time housekeeping job available and would be interested in applications from couples., Driving licence essential
- Proven experience in gardening, groundskeeping, or related field
- Knowledge of plant care, soil types, and irrigation methods
- Proficiency in using both power tools and hand tools for gardening tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Spraying and Chainsaw certificates
- Experience in growing a variety of plants
- Familiarity with different types of power tools used in landscaping
- Previous experience in garden design or maintenance
