Full Job Description

  • Leads reviews of functional processes across the Global Fund Services Operations organization to reduce overall operational risk and build a more robust end-to-end process

  • Develops and leverages a digitalisation skillset and a data-centric mindset to identify and execute process improvement

  • Creates outstanding visual and verbal stories to help articulate this journey at all levels of the organization, including securing approval from senior leaders and communicating new processes to operations teams

  • Makes recommendations on how to address identified gaps, as well as implications for team structure, location strategy, functional alignment

  • Builds strong partnerships with Operations, Product and Technology teams to lead, design and deliver high-quality solutions

  • Engages with stakeholders and uses strong interpersonal to challenge the process

  • Manages and owns book of work and ensures to meet project deadlines

    The role calls for a highly motivated individual, preferably with a Fund Services operations background, effective problem solving and communication skills., Previous experience in financial services

  • A commitment to excellence and attention to detail

  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly communicate complex issues to audiences at all levels

  • Proactive mind-set, self-motivated, and able to work with high degree of independence

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience with our Intelligent Automation toolkit: Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, UiPath

  • Capability of presenting to an Executive Director level audience will be expected


  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience of working in a project management team is highly desirable

  • A strong knowledge of Fund Accounting would be an advantage

  • A track record of delivering projects making use of Alteryx and Tableau or similar citizen developer tools would be looked on favorably
