The Opportunity

This newly created Global Payroll Assistant position is pivotal to the European operations and supporting the EMEA Payroll Manager and Director of Payroll with a vision to create a cutting edge & leading global payroll function.

The key components of the role will include:

·      Reporting to and deputising for the Payroll Supervisor with a dotted line to the Payroll Manager & Payroll Director

·      Involvement in several European monthly payrolls

·      Maintaining employee database & records

·      Reconciliation of payroll journals

·      Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
