Full Job Description

Our client, a multi-disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors are looking to expand their Building Consultancy division within Edinburgh and Stirling, where this role offers hybrid and flexible working patterns. 

 

The team covers all aspects or property from commercial to rural, residential, and agricultural property. Due to a period of success and an influx of work, they are looking to appoint a further junior team member.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Degree or similar qualification and knowledge of building, construction and building surveying.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • MRICS or working towards MRICS desirable.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks competently.
  • The ability to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
  • To be able to understand, prioritise and operate within a fast-paced environment.
  • To be able to apply total discretion and confidentiality when handling highly sensitive information.

 

Candidates must be able to show that they are working towards their APC or have a suitable accredited qualification and relevant work experience.
