The first phase of the castle is due to open late spring/summer which will be an exciting time. We currently have an exciting opportunity available for five Guest Service Front of House Concierge, primarily based in the Castle they play a key role in delivering the DLC culture. From meeting and greeting at the East Gate, driving to the castle, loading, and unloading luggage, taking bags to suites, and assisting them get settled into their accommodation and helping our members and their guests' get acquainted with the facilities. Providing tours of the castle, offering drinks and snacks, lunch or afternoon tea or an afternoon cocktail or whisky.

Collaborating with colleagues throughout the club in creating memorable moments for our members and visiting guests at their 'home from home' making sure each visit is unique. We will give you the opportunity to get creative and will back your ideas; going out of your way to redefine and curate itineraries, events, or activities. Creating and planning something bespoke for people who like to do things differently that makes for a truly unforgettable experience and redefines what service can be.

Your role is pivotal throughout our guest stay whether it be long or short. Serving as a primary contact, fulfilling requests, and anticipating their needs with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Dining, entertainment, arranging transportation, organising bespoke tours and activities. Or providing recommendations through an in-depth knowledge of the local area, on must-do experiences; collaborating with colleagues throughout the estate creating unforgettable moments and ensuring each visit is unique.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively to ensure that each request is managed in a timely manner, maintaining a balance between efficiency and attention to detail. Always exceeding our members and their guests' expectations by providing an impeccable service. This includes active listening, clear articulation of information and professional correspondence in all interactions whether via phone, email or in person. Leaving a memorable and lasting impression.
