Join the University of Edinburgh's dynamic Lacrosse Club! Seeking passionate individuals for Head and Assistant Coach positions. Shape the future of student-athletes and lead the teams to success., This is a contracted role for a Head and Assistant Lacrosse Coach. The successful candidate will lead and oversee team practices, attend BUCS and Scottish League matches, develop and implement training plans and curricula, oversee player development, and provide mentorship to other coaches. The Head Lacrosse Coach will also be responsible for completing administrative tasks associated with the role and be responsible for selecting a team each week for matches. The position is located in Edinburgh and is an on-site role.

• Lacrosse Coaching and Training skills


• Experience in developing and implementing training plans and curricula


• Excellent Communication skills for working with players, coaches, and the committee


• A knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of lacrosse


• Experience coaching at the high school, college, or professional level


• Ability to effectively mentor and develop assistant coaches


• Ability to contribute to the overall growth and development of the club


• UK Coaching Certificate or equivalent qualification, Gym Coach or equivalent qualification
