Full Job Description
Managing the kitchen team, organising, ordering supplies, preparing, cooking + presenting quality dishes
- Head Chef general duties and creating menu items, recipes and dishes.
- Preparing meat and fish
- Assisting with the management of health + safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Managing + training any Commi Chefs
- Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
We are looking for an experience reliable head chef join our kitchen team.
Candidates must be familiar with all aspects of kitchen work and able to take responsibility for the management of a kitchen team.
