Full Job Description

The Head of Performance role within Director of Regulation's Divisional Support Unit acts as the single point of contact within Divisional Support Unit for delivery and performance reporting to 3 Operational Divisions' Senior Leadership Teams and Director of Regulation Office. This is an influential and high profile role within HSE's operational Divisions providing high quality workload and performance reporting to 3 operational divisions.,

  • Leading the production, analysis and narratives for a range of weekly and monthly standardised reports and operational delivery dashboards to; Divisional, Unit and Group level to support effective workload management and management of performance against a range of Key Performance Indicators across a diverse range of regulatory processes/activities.

  • Development of bespoke divisional performance reporting to enable a suite of reporting for regulatory processes supporting achievement of KPI's to supplement and adapt reporting available on HSE corporate systems (e.g. gathering and reporting projected reporting against KPI's)

  • Direct the provision of Divisional level management information for Divisional Senior Leadership Teams and Director of Regulation presenting trends and lead indicators for regulatory processes underpinning achievement of KPI.

  • Support Divisional Support Team Band 2 in identifying the scope and design of deep dives into regulatory processes and lead on production of comprehensive analysis and discussion at a senior level in order to identify opportunities for improvements.

  • Act as main point of contact with business intelligence community to ensure provision of corporate data meets the needs of divisional reporting across 3 operational divisions including the development and validation of bespoke data sets.
