We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join our dedicated, extremely supportive and friendly team.

About us: We are a first opinion practice with excellent clinical standards, located in Dunfermline city centre. We have an excellent culture of work-up, night hospitalisation of inpatients with 24-hour nursing and a real focus on clinical care through high quality nursing, ultrasound imaging, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery. We have dental x-ray, laparoscopic and endoscopic equipment available. You will enjoy being part of a professional and forward thinking team.

Hours: Working 40 hours per week with no on call and a 1:6 weekend rota. Nightshift holiday cover may be required to cover the team's holidays (inpatient only).

Your role: As the Head Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in leading and training our dedicated nurse & PCA team. Your background in small animal practice is crucial, along with a proven record of accomplishment of providing top-notch animal care. This position will involve taking on management responsibilities, so prior experience in a leadership role is a must.
