Full Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

The shift pattern is rotational.

There are three positions available within this post two full time 37 hours, and one 18.6 hours.

(Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours.

An exciting opportunity for Band 2 HCSWs for busy Orthopaedic Trauma in RAH, Clyde, delivering a high standard of nursing care to a cohort group of Orthopaedic patients for pre and post-operative scheduled surgery. These posts require candidates with problem solving skills and good listening skills and a compassionate nature. Evidence of Orthopaedic experience would be advantageous or any care setting.
