Helpdesk Administrator

We\\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week., As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. • Previous experience in an administrative role


• High standard of literacy skills


• Financial background an advantage


• Excellent telephone manner


• Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint


• Good organisational, planning and time managements skills


• The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
