Like our home carer roles we are focused more on finding the right person rather than pushing minimum hours - this means that we work with our staff to build a schedule that works for them and their family. Getting a perfect work/life balance or offering hours around existing employment. We do try as quickly as possible to build a regular schedule with the availability you give to allow you to build a real rapport with the service user and really understand their needs and requirements. Most cleaning/home help services are delivered between Monday and Friday and as we said you can work from 2 hour up to 30 hours weekly or more - its all about that perfect fit. This is a permanent contract so you would be required to work during school holidays.
