As a Marketing Executive reporting directly to our Senior Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic Marketing and Communications team. This role is a golden opportunity for individuals who are passionate about copywriting, social media, and marketing.

Your primary responsibility will be to craft engaging and informative content across various channels. You will gather information and distil it into clear and concise content for marketing campaigns, internal communications, and social media channels. We're looking for creative thinkers who can simplify complex messages into engaging communications that resonate with both colleagues and customers.

A significant part of your role will be focused on social media. You will manage our social media calendar, create shareable and engaging content, and collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and an external agency to execute our content plan.

We're seeking an excellent communicator with an exceptional eye for detail. You should be a natural multi-tasker and a proactive self-starter, ready to take on any task to support the team in delivering high-quality content.

In addition to your primary role, you will be a reliable support to the wider department, helping to provide assistance on large-scale projects, ad-hoc activities and routine tasks across internal, brand, marketing, PR and social media communications. This role offers a salary up to £27,011 plus an up to 10% bonus, pension plan, colleague discounts and flexible benefits; plus 31 days annual leave and six bank holidays.

Hours - 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday., Starting base salary of £24,465 which will increase to £27,011 once your training and probation period are completed. (This is usually around 12 months.)

You will also be eligible for an up to 10% Annual Bonus.
