- Hospitality and events department looking for an enthusiastic, motivated hospitality host with hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or tourism experience at 4- or 5-star level. The role requires a dynamic and approachable person with a "hands on attitude". The ideal candidate will be a team player and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills., A dynamic and approachable person with a "hands on attitude"
- A team player who is adaptable, flexible and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible for the set up and service of meeting, conference and dining rooms working as part of a larger team
- Flexibility in working hours is required, shifts Monday - Friday on a rota basis. The contract is with a prestigious blue-chip company based in central Edinburgh.

We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant at Baillie Gifford Rest, Deli.
The team is flexible in meeting the business needs and hence working hours are varied accordingly. The position is contracted at 40 hours, working predominantly Monday to Friday with some paid overtime required.
