Full Job Description
- To meet and greet our guest and check them in upon arrival
- To be out and about in the hotel and apartments, supervising the day to day operation and ensuring exceptional guest service.
- Working different shifts throughout the hotel from breakfast to evening shifts.
- To ensure prompt resolution of customer issues

- Flexible working hours
Knowledge across either Reception or Food and Beverage Departments or even better both. - Background in smaller hotels or restaurants/bars is preferred - so you will understand how we work
- Excellent Customer service skills, standards driven, good organisational skills
- To be great at anticipating customer needs as well as improving the way that the business runs
- Ability to communicate to your fellow colleges
- Be able to use computer systems (Booking system, emails etc)
