Full Job Description

Are you a proactive member of the Housekeeping Department? Do you enjoy supporting team members in their role? If so, then why not join the fantastic team at Fraser Suites Glasgow? As Housekeeping Manager, you will have a hands-on approach taking responsibility for the cleaning and servicing of all allocated rooms within the daily task rota in accordance with company standards with overall responsibility for the department. You will assist with stock control and inventory checks and be responsible for carrying out checks on the rooms which have been cleaned to ensure property standards have been met. You will be knowledgeable in the facilities the property offers to its guests. Working with the Management team in creating a positive work environment for not only the Housekeeping department but all team members. You'll lead with a positive, behaviour breeds behaviour attitude to elevate the standards of the team even further.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent attention to detail and time management skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service who will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion - to create memories that our guests will remember. If you have experience in but would like to build upon your leadership and team management skills this is a well-suited role for you, being the bridge between management and team members.
