We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Housing Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and delivery of housing

services to over 1,800 customers. Your responsibilities will be diverse,

including estate and tenancy management, housing allocations, maximising rental income, arrears recovery, and handling customer inquiries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Team Player: Experience working collaboratively within a customer service environment
• Excellent Communication Skills: Your ability to connect with others will contribute to our continued growth
• ICT Skills: Excellent technology skills to excel in this role.
• Education and Experience: SVQ level 3 or relevant experience in the housing sector.
