Housing Services Assistant

Larkfield is looking for an enthusiastic Housing Services Assistant to provide advice and assistance to tenants and other customers on all aspects of housing management and maintenance and maintain the Association's rent accounting and maintenance administrative systems.

The Housing Services Assistant will deal with queries and support processes relating to repairs and maintenance, allocations, rental income, void management and lettings., You will work with colleagues who offer support to ensure our customers' expectations are met. In return, we are looking for applications from people who will contribute to our aims and work to the highest professional standards.

You will have the ability to work unsupervised and have sound knowledge and awareness of relevant Housing Management Functions and commitment to good customer care, tenant participation and equal opportunities.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you should have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build positive internal and external relationships with customers and colleagues.

Good organisation skills are key for this role as well as proficient IT skills such as a working knowledge of Word, Excel and databases., Disability Confident
