Full Job Description

We’re recruiting for an HR Administrator with a passion for supporting people and contributing to a positive work culture to join our Support Team at Connecting Carers.

The purpose of the role is to provide effective HR administrative support across the full spectrum of HR administration and to deliver efficient office administrative support to meet the needs of Carers and the wider organisation.

The successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately and minute taking experience.

Location: Highland, homebased within a 30-minute commute of Dingwall for access to the office, minimum attendance required at the office is once a week, then as and when needed to fulfil responsibilities of the role
Hours: 35 hours per week, happy to talk flexible working
Salary: £24,909.81 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term 12 months
