Anderson Knight Recruitment are working with a client based in Glasgow to recruit a HR Administrator on a full time basis for a period of 6 months with possibilities of extension due to business growth and increased workloads. The client works 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, on a hybrid basis with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department. You will be a crucial member of the team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures, and supporting the HR team in delivering high-quality service to our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing new employee paperwork.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of employee data in our HR systems.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefit administration.
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining HR files.
Role Criteria:
- Strong Admin skills, ideally within HR/Recruitment Admin
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
