HR Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our customer's HR/People Team based at their Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow on a hybrid basis.
We are looking for someone whose main focus is employee relations, with an investigative mindset and the ability to make quick, well-informed decisions, advice, and support within a fast-paced environment.
You will be working 4 days in the office or traveling to branches, and one day from home. All fuel and travel costs associated with your role will be covered.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Advisor role include:

• Facilitating disciplinary and grievance cases


• Resolving long-term absences


• Working across multiple sites, supporting people managers in various locations, both face-to-face and virtually


• Providing employee welfare support and guidance
  
  Experience in a UK employee relations-focused role


• Proven knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law, and its application


• Strong communication skills


• Flexibility and willingness to travel as part of your role.


• Full UK drivers licence.
