Full Job Description

  • Provide a professional HR service to our employees and managers in Edinburgh (on occasion to Camberley and Benelux employees)

  • Build strong customer focused and trusting relationships with managers and employees

  • Develop, communicate and maintain human resources policies and processes aligned to best practice and employment labour law. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in applying these policies and procedures

  • Partner with our HR COE groups to execute plans on companywide programs and initiatives and support with talent acquisition, compensation and benefits processes as required

  • HR Systems: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data; database access control and manipulation of system to produce reports as required by HR and or the business

  • Payroll and Benefits: support of the monthly payroll and benefit administration for all employees including liaison with internal payroll team

  • HR Compliance & Audit

  • Build and support a positive employee engagement culture across the region and support business leaders with employee engagement activities

  • Involvement as required in key HR projects across EMEA

  • Ensure that all HR support to the business is provided in a compliant, high quality and timely manner.

    Degree level educated and/or equivalent work experience

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience

  • Fluency in English and other European language (a plus) for both written and oral communication

  • Solid, up to date knowledge of HR operations, employment law, payroll, benefits for UK

  • Familiar with and working in adherence to Spanish specific legislative data privacy requirements and compliance

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required

  • High level of proficiency with WorkdayStrong collaboration skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task

  • Proactive and results-driven, can do attitude

  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information

  • Has experience of working in fast pace environment.
