HR Assistant

Edinburgh (North-East City) - option for 1 day per week from home after training
Temporary 8 Week Contract (with potential extension or permanency)
Salary Circa 25K

Full Time 35 hrs a week

Do you have HR experience and would be interested in adding to this by undertaking a short-term contract for a superb business?

Our client is looking to hire an HR Assistant on a temporary basis to assist with a varied workload of HR admin and advice, to support a stand-alone HR expert covering Scotland.

Duties:

  • Being 1st POC for HR, via email, telephone and face-to-face
  • Ensuring HR files and information is up-t-date and correct including RTW audits
  • Advising employees and managers on HR queries based on policy, as well as escalating complex issues to external agency
  • Assisting with any project work such as employee engagement

  • Previous experience in an HR Admin Role, with sound knowledge of HR practice
