Full Job Description

This position serves as key collaborator and contributor to enabling the operational delivery of human resources processes. Positively impacts the organization through operational delivery for the HR compliance center of expertise for the region. Reports to the Director, EMEA & APAC HR Compliance, Culture and Counsel. Day-to-day responsibilities include, Key Responsibilities: (what are the tasks, duties and responsibilities?)Support delivering the COE strategy through projects and initiatives for the EMEA region, related to changes and compliance with regional employment and workplace laws, including translating and simplifying legal requirements verbally and in writing.Project facilitation of regional and global projects, including detailed and time-bound project plans, ensuring internal teams are aligned, timeline management and responsibility for communication of blocking issuesConduct detailed compliance assessments for new regions, including understanding local employment laws, regulations, and cultural nuances that impact HR practices.Maintain and update a framework for tracking legal requirements, EU directives and other HR related country requirements.Maintain and improve upon processes to ensure compliance with required regulatory standards and governing bodiesConduct research to understand new or changing HR compliance
requirements and make recommendations on updating policies, practices, or processes.Draft and maintain employment documents, including employment contracts, non-competition agreements, etc.Provide direction, guidance, and support for the creation, editing and retiring of HR policies and the associated change management activities.Analyze, understand, and present data, legal risk, and requirements as necessary to internal partners and team members.Contribute to integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, entity employee transfers, and entity integrations.Compliance Monitoring and Auditing: Regularly conducts internal audits of HR processes and practices to identify any potential compliance issues.Evaluates new regulations, changes to existing regulations and regulatory trends; performs gap analysis to resolve deficiencies and take appropriate actions.Provide input on supporting documentation such as manager and employee communications, FAQs, and standard operating processes.Manage and
deliver reports that ensure transparency for the Senior Management and HR leadership team.

cultural, and procedural changes within the organization due to regional expansion.Prior experience performing independent research and analysis on legal concepts and the regulatory landscape.
