Full Job Description

FinTech Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Aberdeen for a full-time and permanent HR Manager to join their company.


Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week


Main duties include:

  • Ensure compliance with ISO27001 when onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of data.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job adverts, screening candidates, and scheduling/conducting interviews.
  • Ensure all employees are reference checked and qualifications saved as per ISO27001 requirements.
  • Development and implementation of performance management process.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement across teams and the company.
  • Performance Improvement Plans. Develop and implement performance improvement plans for employees who fail to meet expectations.
  • Ensure leavers are compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits. Including supporting timesheet and project code tracking.
  • Point of contact for the HR management system within the organisation.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification and degree educated preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years generalist HR experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
