Full Job Description

  • Supporting with the delivery of the people strategy including employee engagement, retention, development and performance

  • Building capability and people management skills across our offshore and onshore teams through facilitation, guidance and training

  • Supporting the management of the end to end employee lifecycle activities including but not limited to recruitment and onboarding, reward, performance management, talent management and succession planning with recruitment activities including

  • Leading on HR processes such as large-scale change management including restructuring, mobilisation / demobilisation and TUPE

  • Supporting with resolving complex employee relations issues, including absenteeism Supporting local relationships with external trade unions and industry bodies

  • Supporting organisation wide activities and systems e.g. performance & development reviews, employee engagement survey and talent management, payroll & expenses systems

  • Supporting the facilitation of employee change activities including but not limited to onboarding, transfer and leaver processes in partnership with resourcing, payroll, contract team etc

  • Supporting due diligence, bids and tender activities, transition and TUPE exercises ensuring effective communication and compliance

Compass Group, a global leader in food and support services, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our offshore team based in Aberdeen., Qualified by experience or CIPD qualified

  • Experience and knowledge of UK employment law and application offshore

  • Knowledge and experience of working in a unionised environment

  • Good understanding of and experience in restructuring, mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts including TUPE

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software

  • Willing to be obtain offshore survival certification and conduct offshore visits
