HSE Advisor

Escape Recruitment are working on an amazing opportunity to join one of our exciting manufacturing clients based in North Ayrshire. With various manufacturing processes and compliance requirements onsite, there will be ample learning opportunities and exciting challenges. The role:

• Support management to ensure HSE policies and systems are understood and followed.
• Carry out day-to-day duties of HSE and provide technical support as required.
• Assist with risk assessments, conduct H&S audits and inspections.
• Maintain relevant logs and documentation.
• Report unsafe acts and conditions.

About you:

• Would suit a degree qualified candidate with relevant manufacturing experience or NEBOSH Certified with relevant health and safety experience within manufacturing.
• Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Root cause analysis, problem solving and investigation experience.
• Excellent communication skills
