Full Job Description

We are looking for a Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Manager to deliver HSEQ requirements for the Vysus Group business This is a global role and delivered on behalf of our head office. The location of this role will be agreed with you as the ideal candidate; however, the role will be assigned to one of our European offices with a hybrid, flexible working approach. In this position you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
In the role of HSEQ Manager you will:
+ Act as the HSEQ competent person.
+ Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team across global regions to support and advise in all HSEQ matters.
+ Manage, plan, and conduct HSEQ internal and external audits.
+ Continually improve the HSEQ management system.
+ Ensure evaluation of compliance is conducted.
+ Identify and manage business risks.
+ Ensure the company is aware of the impacts of any legislation changes - also updating the legal register.
+ Ensure the needs and expectations of any interested parties are known.
+ Ensure the HSEQ management system is maintained for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
+ Maintain HSEQ statistics, reports and conduct investigations.
+ Support the commercial team with HSEQ questionnaires.
+ Support the global HSE representatives.
+ Be responsible for the control of the quality management system document control.
+ Collaborate with our clients.
+ Support with the response to emergencies.
To be successful in the role of HSEQ Manager we are looking for you to have

+ A degree level qualification in a related field, or have relevant industry experience, for example a level 5/6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.
+ A membership of a relevant professional body and evidence of your continuous development.
+ A NEBOSH General Certificate (NGC) or comparable.
+ Attained International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) Lead Auditor certification.
+ An Incident Investigation and root cause analysis qualification.
+ A membership of a related professional body and evidence of continuous development.
+ A strong functional working knowledge UK legislation and preferable knowledge on European legislation.
+ Knowledge and experience with management systems and compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001 and 45001).
+ Experience with training and competency management systems.
+ Experience working for or with major oil and gas companies.
+ Past documented performance history performing audits and/or other technically related services.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient in use of Microsoft office.
+ The ability to be a "hands-on" implementer of processes and change.
+ The ability to work individually, or as part of a team, whilst always upholding company values.
+ The ability to develop strong working relations across the company and promote a positive HSE culture.
