Full Job Description

My client is a reputable Financial practice with a successful history providing fully independent financial advice to clients. They have built a growing client base and due to further expansion have a requirement for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their close knit team based on the outskirts of Glasgow.

In the job you will be providing administrative support to advisers within the office, working at a more senior level to the rest of the team. You will be the first point of contact for clients when contacting the company and act as an ambassador for the company providing first class service to existing customers. You would also be involved in coaching and mentoring of more junior staff. Depending on your technical abilities, you will also carry out analytical work and request required documentation for advisers to assist their clients as requested and be responsible for carrying out research prior to meetings. You will also ensure that all work is carried out in a fully compliant nature, in line with FCA regulations and requirements.

My client is flexible on skills and experience, but their strong preference would be for someone who has experience in an IFA office or provider. Experience within Financial Services Administration is vital. Ideally you will have some of your financial qualifications or working towards with exposure to intelligent office. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environement. With the close knit nature of the team, you will be a comitted, enthusiastic individual with a flexible approach to your work.

In return my client is offering a highly competitive salary and benefits and progression to the right individual with hybrid working. Along with this you would also have the opportunity to work in a friendly, relaxed, professional environment with the chance to work with highly experienced professionals where you would learn from some of the industry's best and progress towards paraplanning.

To be considered please upload your CV ASAP or call Alison Curran on to discuss the opportunity in more detail or to have a confidential discussion around your skills and background.
